Tobias is a systemic organizational consultant, trainer and coach. He is trained in organizational science, adult education and psychology. His training as a personality coach, organizational developer and trainer was supplemented by classic consulting activities as a management consultant in the context of digital transformation of medium-sized companies and corporations.
Tobias’ approach is always dialogical, i.e. in close exchange with clients, relevant key groups and individuals and with those directly affected. His approach is based on systemic and integral approaches, which also include agile methods and models and are combined into a suitable mix.
