Terms & Conditions

The following Terms of Use governs the use of www.triangility.com including all sub-domains and related services, platforms, profiles etc.

Please read the rules contained in this Agreement carefully. Your use of this site will constitute your agreement to comply with the terms of use outlined on this page.

In addition to reviewing this Agreement, please read our Privacy Policy. Your use of the Website constitutes an agreement to its terms and conditions as well. The Agreement may be modified from time to time, this page displays the last revision date.

Application

The following Terms & Condition Agreement is just applicable if you’re the purchasing representative of the buying legal entity.

If you just register to attend a private course or learning journey, then these Terms & Conditions are only to inform you.

A. PRIVATE EVENTS & PROGRAMS (CUSTOMER SPECIFIC)

Confirmation of events

Scheduled events are tentative and must be confirmed by the customer. The confirmation of a training event is binding.

Transfers

If registrants are unable to attend a training event, another person can take this seat at no extra cost.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel a confirmed training event, the following terms apply:

  • More than 4 weeks before the course start: no fee will be charged
  • 4-2 weeks before the course starts: 50% of the total fee will be charged
  • Less than 2 weeks before the course starts: 100% of the total fee will be charged.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling of an confirmed event without cancellation fees is just possible in mutual agreement.

Invoicing Schemes

Invoicing follows payment schemes:

  • 100 % upfront with 3% Discount for single events or entire programs; or
  • 50/50 – we invoice 50% at the start and at the end of a learning journey (learning programs up to 3 months duration); or
  • 40/40/20 – we invoice 40% at start/middle of a learning journey and 20% at end (learning programs from 4 months duration)

Invoicing schemes are laid out in the proposal and become binding with acceptance of a purchase order.

Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 30 days if not supersede by other written agreements between involved partners (Frame Contracts, Statements of Work).

We accept payments via transfer to the applicable bank accounts.

B. PUBLIC SCHEDULE EVENTS

Payments

We accept payment via online payment or invoice. Options are visible via the respective registration form(s).

Payment Gatewaytriangility uses the 3rd party service solutions Stripe for secure online credit card payments.

As a third party service Stripe ensures the security of the payment solution. Please refer to Stripe to read more about the services specifically.

Payment Conditions: The registration to a paid triangility event is binding. As a registrant, you are personally responsible for the cost of the course (local VAT may apply).

10% of the course fee is a registration fee and is non-refundable.

The seat is not guaranteed until the course fee is paid.

The fee must be paid in full no later than 30 days after the invoice date or 4 weeks before the start of the course (whichever is sooner).

If you are unable to attend, another person can take your seat at no extra cost.

Transfers

If you need to transfer your registration to a later date, the following terms apply:

Until 2 weeks before the course start – A fee of 10% of the total tuition will be charged

From less than 2 weeks before the course start and until the end of it – No rescheduling permitted. (Exception is made for illness proved by a doctor’s certificate. The participant can transfer to another course date.)

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your registration, the following terms apply:

For onsite courses:

Between registration and 2 weeks before the course start – 50% of the total fee will be charged

Less than 2 weeks before the course start – 100% of the total fee will be charged. (Exception is made for illness proved by a doctor’s certificate. The participant will be refunded a maximum of 90% of the total fee)

For online courses: 

Between registration and 2 weeks before the course start – 50% of the total fee will be charged

Less than 2 weeks before the course start – 100% of the total fee will be charged. (Exception is made for illness proved by a doctor’s certificate. The participant will be refunded a maximum of 90% of the total fee)

After the course starting date and up to 3 weeks into it – 100% of the total fee will be charged. (Exception is made for illness proved by a doctor’s certificate. The participant will be refunded a maximum of 50% of the total fee)

After 3 weeks into the course – 100% of the total fee will be charged and no exception will be made.

Cancellation by triangility

We reserve the right to cancel a course due to low enrolment up to 10 business days before the course starts. Keep this in mind when making travel plans. You will be notified by phone or email if this is the case 2 weeks prior to the event.

You may join a different course at no extra cost, or you receive a full refund.

Masterclasses

Participant registrations are valid for 12 months from the day of registration (this includes date of original online registration or original date invoice was sent). Registrants are required to attend the Masterclass within the allotted period of time (or send a replacement) regardless of transfer payments being remitted.

triangility may allow exceptions for medical issues (provided a doctor’s note is supplied), or a death within immediate family.

C. GENERAL

Confidentiality

With regard to any materials used or provided during a training course pursuant to the curriculum of that training course or learning journey, the participant of the training shall:

  • keep confidential all know-how, including commercial and financial information, that is of a confidential nature, disclosed by triangility to the participants;
  • not publish any material without the express prior written consent of triangility

Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the training materials and the documentation, as long as not available in the public domain, belong to triangility, 

Events outside our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control.

Our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
