Michael Pohl started his professional career with a degree from a professional school for accounting and IT, followed by studies at the University of Bradford (UK) with a diploma in management. He has held various positions in the IT industry, most recently as Global Sales Director for an international software manufacturer.
Since 2009, he has worked as a trainer and coach with executives around the world – in over 30 countries to date. Michael holds various certifications such as Business Value Specialist, but has also done trainings in Systemic Coaching (IGE), Integral Organizational Development (imu) and Future Leadership.
The core of his work is the Dialogic Principle – a high quality of relationship – which is the basis for co-creation, conflict resolution, decision-making and constitutes one of the fundamental principles of New Leadership.
Leadership training:
Design and delivery of leadership development programs using New Leadership principles (dialogic, agile, systemic).
Organizational Development:
Supporting change processes, mentoring & facilitation, initiating and accompanying cultural change, working with leaders and teams.
Coaching:
Accompanying leaders in development, conflict resolution, team development, etc.

All concepts of diversity are helpful and necessary. But there are still concepts that emphasize the differences between people. Is there a different view? Radical diversity is a new perspective – and releases a lot of dormant potential.

Leading means creating – in a productive or creative way. In this talk I will show which creative possibilities leaders (have to) have.

In this talk I show the differences how decisions can be made or innovation can arise in organizations and use jazz as a metaphor.

Michael practices meditation in the Theravada tradition and does yoga 🧘
He also loves literature and collects books (about 1500), almost all of which he has also read 😉
And he has a passion for fine fusion jazz and is working on a vinyl collection that will become as big as the library
He lives with a large patchwork family as well as dog, cat, rabbit and horse in the Allgäu on a renovated farm 🐕 🐈⬛ 🐰 🐴
