Micha combines scientific excellence with creativity and a holistic perspective.
With a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a master’s degree in business informatics and a doctorate in the digital, agile and cultural transformation of organizations, Micha works at the intersection of technology, corporate development, communication and leadership.
He advises companies and individuals in the context of leadership, team and organizational development and accompanies corresponding transformation projects in various roles, including through the conception and moderation of workshops and as an agile coach. He is also a trainer and coach for leadership and agile transformation.

“A North Star for a World You Want to Live In” – in the keynote, I present a concept that shows how each individual can shape their environment through responsibility, understanding and trust.
“How Companies Manage Their Digital Transformation Towards Continuous Change” – in the keynote, I present research findings on digital transformation and show that, in addition to technological transformation, methodological, structural and cultural transformation is also required to develop an organization that can change continuously.

Micha originally comes from Ulm and now lives in Munich.
He loves nature, especially mountains, forests, lakes and the sea. Micha finds balance through yoga, reading and jogging. He used to be a passionate soccer player, but today he enjoys hiking, squash and tennis with friends.
He is interested in scientific findings from various fields as well as ancient Eastern wisdom, e.g. from Buddhism.
Special experiences for him were his semester abroad in Australia, a pilgrimage on the Way of St. James and a four-month trip through India, Sri Lanka and Guatemala, where he took part in a yoga teacher training course and a silent retreat.
