Over three decades, Frank has developed comprehensive skills in leadership, organizational development, and education. As the Managing Director at triangility GmbH, he focus on innovative leadership training, consulting, and coaching. His approach is based on ‘New Leadership’ and ‘Kind Leadership’ – themes he presented in his TEDx talk, which achieved over 100,000 views and 5,000 likes.
His career began with a diploma in Industrial Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. At CAS Software AG, he led as a board member through a growth phase that earned him the title of ‘Employer of the Year 2009’. Later, he became Vice President at Karlshochschule International University, where he advanced digital transformation. As an Honorary Professor, Frank continues to impart knowledge on human resource management, leadership, and organizational development.
His goal is to create work environments and leadership cultures that promote innovation and sustainable growth.
