Nikol Stanimirova grew up in Sofia, Bulgaria, and moved to Germany at the age of 19. She gained her first practical experience as a yard logistics manager at DHL, where she learned to coordinate complex processes under time pressure.
Since February 2025, Nikol has been the organizational heart of triangility as office manager. She is responsible for the entire back office related to our training courses and learning journeys: from planning and coordinating appointments between trainers and clients to invitations and catering to certificates of participation.
Nikol ensures that everything runs smoothly in the background—so that everything is just right in the training itself.
Training organization: All back-office tasks related to training and learning journeys—from planning to certification.
Schedule coordination: Coordination between trainers, customers, and locations.
Participant management: Invitations, catering, materials, and certificates.
