Henriette holds a degree in economics and is an experienced executive coach, team coach, facilitator, systemic conflict consultant, transformation and sustainability consultant. Since 2012, she has been supporting managers, teams and organizations on their way to acting effectively in the complex and dynamic environment of digital and sustainable transformation.
As a companion, Henriette creates trusting spaces for insight and dialog. In addition to the excellent use of methods, people and teams are at the center of her work. Henriette’s goal is to enable her clients to move from reflection, empathy and imagination to action in the sense of a personally, economically and sustainably desirable future.
Previously, Henriette worked for over 12 years as an executive and strategy consultant for well-known premium car manufacturers and was responsible for major international projects in the context of digital transformation.

Henriette lives with her husband and their daughter in the south of Munich. She loves exploring new things and promoting sustainable development for the better – and seeing the impact of her work. Henriette loves to spend her free time in nature, socializing, eating and painting.
Henriette volunteers as a mentor at the Frauenakademie München and as a career coach for pupils and students in the greater Munich area.
