Chris is passionate about the people who want to achieve business goals and make their work environments better. For Chris, business coaching and training is interactive. He leads through instruction and he facilitates conversations to help attendees experience the skills they are learning through instruction. Chris’ facilitation of skills workshops challenges executives and managers to effectively communicate with either other and business decision makers to achieve business objectives. 

Chris started his career as a submarine officer with a focus in nuclear engineering. From there Chris shifted toward helping businesses realize value from emerging information technologies. He eventually led a team of hundreds of engineers, consultants, and trainers across 30 countries do the same.

Along the way Chris experienced a wide variety of very effective and not so effective leadership approaches and now strives to help client implement best strategies, approaches and skills leading and how to avoid the pitfalls.

Leadership training:
Design and delivery of leadership development programs using New Leadership principles (dialogic, agile, systemic).

Facilitation:
Supporting change processes, mentoring & facilitation, initiating and accompanying cultural change, working with leaders and teams.

Coaching:
Accompanying leaders in development, conflict resolution, team development, etc.
